MESA, Ariz. — The Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport Authority approved a three-year lease extension with one two-year renewal option, solidifying plans for the anchor tenant at the Airport’s General Aviation Center. The lease
agreement coincides with the Café’s recent launching of
www.flightdeckcafe.com, a site promoting menu options, location, and hours of business.
“The Flight Deck Café is truly a gem for Gateway Airport,” said Lynn Kusy, Gateway Airport executive director. “The owners and staff provide a personable dining experience where they take time to talk with customers, call you by name, and genuinely care
about how your day is going. It’s always a pleasure to eat at the Café.”
The Flight Deck Café is a full service restaurant, providing tableside service, catering, and breakfast or lunch options. Located adjacent to the Airport’s park and transient aircraft ramp at 5803 South Sossaman Road, the Café boasts close-up views of both
civilian and military aircraft as well as providing a nostalgic Air Force dining atmosphere.
‘We’re grateful for all of our customers,” said Colleen Cara, Flight Deck Café owner. “The restaurant continues to flourish as we have been blessed with a strong repeat customer base and great location. We offer our thanks to all who have given us the opportunity
to serve them.”
