Allegiant’s 33rd nonstop city to be served out of Gateway

MESA, Ariz. — Allegiant Travel Group announced the company will begin new, nonstop air service from Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport to Ogden Utah beginning September 20, 2012.

The new service to Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport will operate on Sunday and Thursday.  Flights will depart Ogden at 10:00 a.m. arriving at Gateway at 10:40 a.m.  Flights leaving Gateway will depart at 6:40 a.m. arriving in Ogden at 9:20 a.m. (all flight times are local).

“We’re grateful for Allegiant’s commitment to Arizona and the Southeast Valley,” said Gateway Airport Authority Board Chairman and Town of Gilbert Mayor John Lewis. “Ogden service is the 33rd nonstop city to be served by Allegiant out of Gateway.  As Allegiant continues to grow, Airport staff remain committed to offering a ‘just plane easy’ travel experience by expanding the Charles L. “Adding yet another destination to Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport is great news for Mesa and Arizona,” Mayor Scott Smith said. “Ogden, Utah is a fun destination for outdoor recreation and to those traveling our direction, welcome to Mesa!”
