Allegiant Announces New Service To Stockton California

STOCKTON, Calif. March 4, 2014 — Allegiant (NASDAQ: ALGT) today announces new nonstop, low-cost service between Stockton and Phoenix via Phoenix / Mesa Gateway Airport beginning May 15, 2014. In celebration of the new service, the company, known for its affordable and convenient travel deals, will offer promotional one-way fares as low as $58*.

“We are pleased to expand our service in Stockton to include low-cost, convenient travel to the sunny destination of Phoenix,” said Andrew C. Levy, Allegiant Travel Company President and COO. “The community has embraced our long-running service to Las Vegas and our seasonal Honolulu flights, and we are confident that they will appreciate our low-cost flights to Phoenix.”

The new nonstop flights will operate twice weekly between Stockton Metropolitan Airport (SCK) and Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport (AZA). Phoenix becomes the third destination offered to Allegiant travelers flying out of Stockton. Flight days and times and the lowest fares can be found at Allegiant.com.

“We are pleased that Allegiant has chosen to expand the service it offers to Stockton Metropolitan Airport and to our citizens,” said Bob Elliott, Chairman of the Board of Supervisors of San Joaquin County. “Allegiant has been a great partner to work with and we look forward to the rollout of its new service to Phoenix.”

Allegiant first began service at Stockton Metropolitan Airport in June 2006 with nonstop service to Las Vegas. Since then, Allegiant has added nonstop seasonal flights to Honolulu and has taken more than 340,000 passengers on vacation.

Focusing on low-cost leisure travel, the company provides customers with low base fares averaging less than half the cost of competitors’ average domestic round-trip tickets purchased in 2013. Over the past 15 years, its innovative business model has allowed the company to grow from one aircraft and one route, to offering access to convenient, affordable service in 100 communities nationwide, more than any other domestic low-cost carrier.

With breathtaking scenery, endless sun, unmatched resorts, and miles of world-class golf courses, Phoenix/Mesa is a gateway to all that Arizona has to offer, including the Grand Canyon, Scottsdale, Tempe, and Sedona. Not only is the area considered “The Golf Capital of the World,” but also the “Resort Capital of the World” with numerous four- and five-diamond resorts. Allegiant partners with more than 70 of Arizona’s most exciting hotel properties, provides low-cost car rental service through its partnership with Alamo Rent a Car and offers great deals on activities such as hot air balloon rides and Grand Canyon tours. Stockton travelers can book their entire Phoenix vacation for less by visiting Allegiant.com.
