MESA, Ariz. — The Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport Authority Board of Directors approved a three-year lease agreement with CAE-Oxford Aviation Academy for 3,176 square-feet of office space located west of the passenger terminal. The area will be used to house
an Aircraft flight simulator and related staffing. Terms of the lease include three two year options.
CAE-Oxford Aviation Academy is a multi-national corporation specializing in flight training, instruction, and management, currently operating in the City of Mesa at Falcon Field Airport. CAE intends to expand their international corporate simulator training
business at Gateway Airport.
